"They refuse to call me back. Nobody has updated information. Junk all around"
"Unprofessional employees and disrespect drivers. I tried to check in around 340pm on 21 of August to pickup a load going to PA, but the door was locked and I couldn't get in. After 5 minutes a lady came out and said we close 4pm, so we can't load you. I asked if she could help me with the load cause it has delivery next day. She pretended to check my load number on her system and she said this number is not exist. There's no sign saying after 330 or 340 pm, we can't load trucks,sorry. I came back next morning with same pickup number and I got loaded with in hour but different lady in office. It's insane and inconvenient to waste the driver's time such that manner. Management should watch those employees turning away from drivers before closing time, and lying them too."
"I would give 0 stars if I could. The product was supposed to be delivered weeks ago. Nobody will call us back. There are no shortage of phone numbers to call, but they all automatically hang up as soon as they connect. Emails go unanswered, even if sent by one of their larger accounts."
"Very efficient place to get loaded. Walked in got a door and was immediately getting loaded. Only problem was they didn’t account for reefer and APU on a dry load so I was overweight. Went back and was immediately unloaded and loaded to proper scale. Great employees all around."
"These guys are garbage. Does not work with u .my reefer trailer wasnt infested with ants as they said it was .we asked what we can do to make it right and they wouldn't even give us a chance to do so..diesel is not cheap enough to be turn away from some peeon that probably wanted to hook is boy up with the load. This company is garbage. Will never haul for them even if they were the last option for me."
