"One year bringing my products with this company. They held my merchandise in Miami for 7 weeks without me knowing it. The maritime service guides had already been issued to me and it turns out that they had never left for Venezuela. I found out because I had to consult via WhatsApp. And the response on WhatsApp was fatal, they did not offer an apology. They just said ok thanks. Hopefully this can upset the owner and he will check the staff who serve via WhatsApp and Instagram. As a result of that situation, I lost time and money. Remember: they are a service company. Terrible staff attention. I changed agents. I hope this reaches the owner and he takes corrective measures."

"Terrible service. It took almost 1 month for them to confirm receipt of a package. It is practically impossible for them to answer you and when they do they tell you “we will inform you tomorrow” and they never comply. To send the packages they were also too inefficient, all the time dragging their feet. When I thought it was impossible for them to do a worse job, when I requested that the package be sent by plane, they sent it by ship. It surely enters the top 3 of the worst shipping services. Giving it one star is too much"
