Waited more than 3 hours for my mother to be picked up from her doctors appointment, when I called to receive an ETA, we continuously received “the run around”. They provide transportation through Aetna Insurance and they are not reliable at all. Would not recommend. I will be filing a formal complaint/grievance with Aetna insurance because this company does not provide reliable services."

"Terrible service drivers did not speak any English the patient was an English-speaking person the drivers were not bilingual and did little to help. This is not the way to run a business and I recommend anybody especially who speak English do not deal with this company because the workers do not have any compassion for the people they are transporting the elderly. They wanted to put my mama on the couch and just throw her there and leave they didn’t even want to take her and put her with they needed to take her Deepwater on a stretcher. The worst service ever!!!!"
