"This is an unprofessional brokerage to do business with. My experience has been a very negative one - I would rather pay more with another broker. Container arrived Mar 18, SUPPOSEDLY cleared customs and was given a Mar 20 delivery schedule. It is now April 1st - and NOTHING with no urgency, accuracy, attention to detail !!! I was fed a pack of lies from March 20 to NOW and begging for daily accurate updates with lives depending on the contents of that container in these times.... I WILL NOT REPEAT NOR DO I RECOMMEND BUSINESS WITH THESE UNPROFESSIONAL people !"
