"My delivery was super late. Like 3 weeks late. It seemed like every time my delivery was due, it would get switched to the following week, but I did finally get it and the drivers were very nice. They even called me before the delivery to let me know they were on the way."

"Worst company for delivery. Called to have delivered early and they arranged for Friday delivery. They never showed up and when I called they said the truck didn't have lift gate that it will be delivered on Monday. Called on Monday morning to confirm delivery and they claimed it was schedule for Tuesday. They wanted to know who I spoke to on Friday because there were no notes on the system. I told them that they have a recorded line and at what time I called. The “supervisor” was unprofessional, rude and was fixed on wanting to know the name of the customer service girl that took my phone call on Friday. They told me the best I could do was picked it up on Jacksonville or wait for Tuesday delivery. If you can avoid this company do it by all means."

"Waited 9 hrs and the driver canceled on me 5 min prior to the x3 pushed back delivery time I was informed of by there Office. They made me reschedule a date then expected me to wait another entire day literally with no definite time."We'll call you and let you know" Refused to let me pick it up so I could save myself the sorrow of very poor delivery service and a WASTING HUGE amounts of time. They even lied about a missed delivery the following day to cover themselves with the Amazon contract. I called them at 8:45am, and they said I missed the delivery at 9:13am. This company is blowing smoke fr fr. I had to reschedule for Friday, there answering service says delivery will be from 3-6pm, on Amazon it says 6am-6pm????? REALLY? Can I please get a correct time frame? Im not sure if they understand English."

"This guy ran me off the road today on Ellis Rd. He pulled out in front of me and caused me to run off the road into the rocks and sidewalk. Some of these truck drivers are so aggressive and they think they own the road."
