"I have had the most unbelievable experience with this company. Three days trying to get a delivery. I have heard every Excuse there is from we don’t come down dirt roads to my driver says he can’t come down your road. Very funny I have a 53 foot trailer with Peterbilt that goes down my road Monday through Friday. I have one question why do you except shipment from a company if you can’t deliver it that is poor logistics to me. The worst thing about this company is I called spoke with dispatcher Mark to not be able to really get a date of when it could be delivered because they only have one driver for box trucks not my problem. Then when my husband called Marc got on the phone with him and all he had to say was I’ve already spoke with your wife and then hung up on him. They have very very poor customer service the gentleman was very cocky with me for no reason but I will be there to pick up my grill that is to be on the dock tomorrow. I have spoke with the company that shipped through your company. Will never order anything that is to be delivered by Estes again. Dispatcher was very rude"
"Try not to ship with this company. Dispatch department sucks. I am a 3pl for amazon sellers. Sometimes sellers won’t provide Pro but always a FBA number. I dealed with other trucking companies. They can confirm by FBA number , shipping address and shipper name or any information I can provide. When I called this company yesterday, the person determined to have shipper name. I provided and was told driver would pick up today. Today , I called to confirm the pick up. Same person picked up my call and determined to have a Pro. He said shipper name don’t work. I insisted shipper name was what he asked. He eventually said driver was assigned. I’m gonna see what’s going to happen this afternoon and will come back for an update."
