"The absolute worst business. The service is very poor. They need customer service training even then probably wouldn’t do much cause it seems they weren’t taught any home training on how to be polite. Our first time coming and it was a mission just to receive our order. They don’t tell you before hand that you need cash only. Then provide you with minimal instructions on how to receive the order and expect you to know what you are doing. Do not recommend this cargo service."
"That company shouldn’t be working in. USA they dosnt know how to handle coustmers v rude Changing on prices the most expensive companies I had do any Shiping with ever they agree about price then to get the merchandise u have to pay extra Find another Shiping company trust me don’t even try it"
"I have been using Ucl on and off for 5 years. Recently I seen a new face, a sweet Asian guy named Young who works in the front! Although their delivery service is absolutely terrible (that's why I recommend picking up) Young has been extremely well tempered to deal with all my complaints and doing his best to solve them. Although I was not able to pick up my boxes that day, kindness from young went a long way to calming me down and patiently updating me on what is going on. Instead of saying no no no he was finding ways to offer a solution."
"There is a lady manager named Judee and she is absolutely TERRIBLE. Her English isn't that great and she is extremely rude. Only person that was actually helpful was Marcus while I was picking up my boxes. I will note that there is a front desk person named John and he was very kind to me. Unfortunately I was about 5 dollars short and needed to go to the ATM but John told me I did not have to do that as he was so kind to pay 5 dollars out of his own pocket which absolutely surprised me. If you go to UCL do not even bother asking for the manager as she is super disrespectful. Ask for John and Marcus!"
"They have horrible service and are a disgrace to the freight business they never pick up the phone, when they do its hard to get good service and just to schedule with them its a pain in the but because you have to call a WEEK in advance for a simple freight pick up and delivery! Find someone else!"
