"Stay far far away from this company. It takes days for them to call or email you back (if they ever do). The pricing is not competitive, and, what's worse, their process is so flawed that they make you accept a quote, pay a deposit, only to try to force additional charges down your throat when you are so close to the move you can't make any changes anymore. It happened to us, it might happen to you. They did not even apologize, they were just "well if you are not happy just cancel." At no point do you feel like the valued customer they should see you. And they clearly have enough money not to care if you want t work with them or not. I have never in 35 years been treated this badly by a service company."
"1 star is the least I can give - but they deserve 0. It took them weeks to even acknowledge our request for quotation, they have been unprofessional from start to finish, they changed the quote twice for no reason (and really late in the process trying to force us to agree to the new price). The sales representative was the worst. If you get Christopher, run! Not that his boss would care, we tried to escalate the issue she basically told us, in writing, to take our business elsewhere. If you want a peace of mind moving process that does not break the bank, this is NOT it."
"This company had horrendous communication regarding the shipping time frames and expectations I should have, they were blatanly rude, unorganized, and everywhere I turned I got a different response or answer. They were rude unprofessional and disrespectful. I cannot recommend using anyone else enough! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!"
"Not happy and would encourage you to consider alternatives. I shipped two cars from Miami to Rotterdam in one dedicated 40ft container. It took a while for them to arrive, however when all was cleared and handed over to their Dutch companion, there has been a clear mistake made. Where my BMW was inside, my wife's car was not. It ended up in Austria (probably got mishandled in the port of Miami) and took weeks to get recovered. In all 3.5 months. Despite of SCL's promises to provide compensation, I have never heard back from them. Cars are now here. Undamaged. But very poor customer service. Not recommended."
