"Horrible company to work for. They do not discuss pay directly nor pay on time. I was told I was going to get paid after 3 weeks and it turned out to be 3 months. When I finally received a check, it bounced and they had to wire my money a few days later. Also the way the handle the product is very unprofessional. They try to give you as much stops as possible and they make you double stack items in order to make it fit."
"Update: I'm raising my rating to 3 stars as they delivered the replacement ladder without incident the following day. Delivered a 12' Ladder that I purchased with a broken/warped leg. This is the first time that I've had a last mile delivery agent literally drop off a product, hand the waybill and run before I can inspect the product. If you've ever had a major appliance delivered, typically you walk around the product and the agent requests you to sign a copy of the waybill to verify that it was delivered in perfect condition. This was not the case. It was obvious once I walked to the opposite end of the ladder that the leg was broken/unsafe for use. For the moment I am giving Super Sonic 1 star since Miguel Castillo made a follow-up call to ask how the delivery went and I was able to inform him of what occurred. Otherwise this would be a zero star review. I hope to amend this review once a resolution is reached."
"One of your drivers almost sideswiped my husband and I on the highway. Your driver needed to merge behind us and he refused to do so and ended up almost hitting us if it weren't for my husband managing to get out of the lane. It would be nice if you hired drivers that cared about human life and knew how to actually drive."

Super Sonic Trucking and Warehousing, Inc. has been in business since 1994 and has never stopped putting customer service needs as our first priority. It's a shame you got bad treatment at another company with a similar name, but please do some homework before providing a bad review at the first company that pops up in google with that name.
