"Old Dominion is not a company I would ever recommend anyone to use for a Freight company, we have shipped the same commodity Skids since we started with them and was quoted a freight run for less than 500 dollars. When the Freight was delivered we were charged double the price and they tried to explain to me that because of the commodity it may differentiate in the weight class. We literally ship the same thing for them to take ever single time. There customer support in trying to resolve the situation is Poor. Their representative has been less than helpful in trying to get this resolved and I would not ever recommend using this company. We now use R+L and they have always been honest and helpful in every delivery and I would recommend them to the fullest. We ship all over the country and will be looking for another reliable Freight company to accommodate our needs. The quote "Helping the World Keep Promises" isn't to promising in case you are wondering. I would also like to add if you are trying to get setup as a customer to go with Old Dominion you might as well wait 2-3 months for them to get you in the system that's how long it took them to get us set-up. They have an excuse for everything and are not problem solvers. They tried to come back and tell me the dimensions of our skid was a couple inches higher and a quarter of an inch longer which jumped the weight class from 125 to 200. Very manipulative to get more money out of you than the original quote. I hope this is helpful to future customers looking for a Freight Company. This is the very first time I have ever set a google review with a bad comment. As you can see this is very disturbing as a customer and the reason why I have provided a 1 star"
