Pizza Hut

"If you want your pizza kinda smashed, order it here. This was my first order from this store and quite possibly my last. There are plenty of other pizza choices in town so it'll be tough to dial their number again. I will give them points for a quick delivery and the pizza tasted good but it looks as if it was carried sideways or possibly dropped. Fast forward to January 2024 and I've changed my star rating to one star. I'd put zero if I could... After 3 years I decided to give them another chance and it was a waste of time and money. I ordered online and picked it up, and regretted that from the second I opened the box. One half of the pizza was over cooked and dry tasting, I almost threw it out. Back in the day Pizza Hut was considered a treat but they've really gone from treat to trash. Never again will any Pizza Hut get my business!!!"

"So the food is always great (try the filled donut bites!!YUM!). And when I got there the service was good, (which is why they got 3 stars), but I had tried to call in my order as I was leaving my home, thinking it'd be almost ready by the time I got to the restaurant. But nope, 15 minute ride across town and no one ever picked up. I listened to their spiel the whole time and finally hung up when I parked in their parking lot. Then of course I had to wait 20 min for my order to cook. Pizza Hut has really gone downhill in the customer service dept."

"Last night I ordered a pizza to be delivered from my mobile app using the free points I had. When I submitted the order it defaulted to carry out so I called the store and the lady that answered the phone said they had no driver so I asked that they cancel the order. I went in to the app today to order and all my points were gone even though I did not receive the food. I called the customer service number which told me to call the store. I called and Lavaris answered and I explained what happened, he apologized and told me he could not return the points but would be more than happy to make a pizza for me and have it delivered..KUDOS to this gentleman for actually holding to customer service which you do not see often anymore. Thank you Lavaris and I am very grateful , you deserve a raise ."

"I was really looking forward to enjoying a stuffed crust pizza and decided to give this Pizza Hut one more chance to prove themselves. And did they improve themselves in a bad way. First pizza I ordered it was swimming in grease. I called and waited 5 mins before someone finally talked to me. I was told to bring back the pizza and I would be given a new one. I showed the pizza to an employee and I had to wait an additional 10 minutes before I received the new pizza. when I received the pizza and brought it to my car I looked at it and assumed it looked good. As I go to grab the sauce the pizza wasn’t even cut all the way through. They literally made little cut marks in the crust and that was it. I had asked for extra sauce on my original order and they definitely added EXTRA SAUCE. It was so much sauce that when I went to grab a slice all the topping fell off. At this point I ate a few slices not even whole slices just ended up eating the crust of what I had eaten and then threw it out. I wasn’t trying to go back up to complain about a pizza for a third time because after that it was well after 7:30 and I didn’t to keep driving back and forth for a pizza that could possibly be wrong again. I called the next day and spoke with the “store manager”. Let’s just say he didn’t care what I had to say and wouldn’t issue me a refund even though I said I threw the pizza out and had clear pictures of what the pizza looked like as proof that they didn’t even cut the pizza. He told me.I wasn’t making sense and if I didn’t have the pizza I cannot be issued a refund. The interaction I had with him was pretty rude. Never thought a store manager would talk to a customer like that expressing that they simply did not want to drive up again to get another pizza remade. I thought I could handle it in the morning because I was exhausted from driving back and forth so much. This is definitely the last time I will order from this Pizza Hut again. I hope for some improvement from this Pizza Hut because some of the staff can be pretty rude including this supposed manager I talked to."
