"Terrible, they are supposed to deliver to frt door and they don't even make an attempt to do so. Have gone to their ground shipping office and complained 5,6,7 times and nothing changes. There's a call box right next to where they dump the packages on the outside of the building and instead of doing their job it's dump and run. Lost a Chewy order here not to long ago because of their ineptness. If I had a choice of shippers I wouldn't use FedEx ever again"

"As I was leaving the receiver, this FEDEX driver blocked me. Looks like he was in the hurry, also tried to go around the other driver. Crazy no wonder they are known as Kamikazes on the road causing accidents all the time. UPS is the other ones."
