"I stopped in the Ellenton store this weekend to purchase a new cue stick. The salesman, Buck, was very helpful and guided me in making the right choice based on my playing style. He asked questions about how I play and showed me a very nice stick that was the weight I feel very comfortable with. He also gave me some pointers that will really improve my play. Thank you for having such knowledgable staff Elite."

"Absolutely disappointed with this business! My boyfriend and I were visiting from out of town when we stopped in here. We asked about shipping because the items we wanted were not something we could take back on a plane. The manager Dallas was extremely quick to say the shipping process is fast and easy. Furthermore stating he would personally be shipping our items the next day. Not to mention the shipping charge for two items was more than one hundred dollars, which was equivalent to about a third of the total. We agreed to the high price tag for shipping and made the purchase. He stated we’d receive the item the following week. Our items didn’t come as promised so we both made calls on separate occasions more than a week apart to find out the status of the package. Dallas continued to reassure the shipping was in process and continued to promise to follow up the next day more than once, which he NEVER did! It’s now three weeks later, he has no update and we’ve requested a refund. We’ll see if he follows through on that or we will have to dispute the charge after all this time. Terrible business, horrendous customer service. Thieves in my opinion. Update: Three weeks ago the owner of this business made a really heartfelt reply to apologize for the experience we had. He also mentioned a “gift” as did Dallas the fifth time WE called him because he never called back when he said he would when we were still trying to figure out where our items were prior to getting a refund. I’ll give you one guess as to if we received this gift. No, we haven’t, we never expected to either. Why you ask? Because if they didn’t even send the two items we paid for including over $100 in shipping charges alone we highly doubted he would send something for free. I’ll be sure to let all my family members and friends who live in Florida know this business is terrible as my initial review stated."

"We have purchased over six pinball machines with Elite Home Gamerooms a few of which they were able to reserve for us upon release. Duane and the team have been an absolute pleasure to work with! They have modified all of the machines for us with upgrades and have even helped with sending technicians to install them (and we are not local to the Bradenton area). Duane has always been responsive and truly has made this experience the best. Haven't used a different company ever since!"
