I’m not sure if they got new management or what it is but my last few trips there, there have been boxes in the hallway, the employees are not very nice and today I placed an online order for 17 items and received a call that they were going to cancel it because they still haven’t opened up the boxes…"

"I would like to commend the manager, Brian and team member Julian at this location. They both went above and beyond to help me and exceeded my expectations. My family celebrated my 50th birthday on Sunday and bought a bouquet of balloons with two giant gold numbers five and zero and an assortment of gold silver and black balloons attached to it. It was a beautiful bouquet however the five quickly deflated 30 minutes after getting home. We quickly called the store and told them we were on our way to pick up another five. However, when we arrived the doors were already locked and the store was closed. I was not able to enjoy my 50 balloon bouquet, as it only had a zero left lol. I spoke to Brian on the phone the next day. He allowed me to come in for a refund. However, when I arrived, the night manager was told to only refund me for my five as that was the one that was defective and deflated, but I was not happy about that. I am from Oviedo and my family lives in Altamonte so that’s why I was at your store and came so far. Julian stepped up and saved the day by going above and beyond and texted the manager Brian, who had already left for the day. Brian agreed to refund me all $33!"
"I shop at this Party City all the time. However, I never had to use the restroom. OMG!! Disgusting is not even the word! I found it shameful to have a business in a nice location be so filty! I mean the walls, floors, napkin dispenser, everything looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months.... or a year! I would advise mgmt to hire a cleaning crew to handle the restrooms. People with children are shopping here and kids have to go quite often. I never want to be caught in a tight at this store. Lol. Smh. Fyi... I had to use my foot and paper towels to scrub the toilet, so this is not as bad as it was originally. I have to do 3 times in order to squat over it. Horrible!"
