He was extremely informative and answered all my questions. As well as being very hospitable and made sure to be patient with us through every step. Honestly, I can’t say enough good things about him and this store. The environment was welcoming and clean. This location had a wide variety of choices which is really nice for when you want options. "I purchased a gently used (9,300 miles) 2009 Bergman Executive 650. I was unaware of the "oil sight glass" adjacent to the kickstand. When I did a familiarity check of the bike at home, I thought there was hardly any oil in the motor. I check the oil level at the oil add, not the "oil sight glass." So I added oil when it wasn't needed. The bike would later not start because of the oil overload. Being a recent purchase, Seminole came and picked up the bike for a diagnostic re-check. I felt really stupid when I was told about the "oil sight glass". Semolina drained all the oil, changed the spark plug, and air filter. NO CHARGE to fix my stupidity. Mike in Service was very helpful. Alex in sales also helped arrange the pickup and repair. Thanks for having my back and making me feel confident that the bike is in great shape. Much appreciated."

"Dan Brown is the man!!! My bride to be and I went to purchase a beginner sport bike. Dan was super helpful and very knowledgeable about all the sport bikes they had in stock. Dan helped us very patiently while the misses was narrowing in down. We ended up with a R3 and she couldn’t be happier!!! If you want a great salesperson go see Dan! (And no, she did not ride the bike home in that)"
