"Purchase a heater with a broken leg brought it back 25 mins after I purchase had to wait on the manager to make her way to the front just to tell me I need to wait for the”big boss to come in” because of your open box policy. Why would you have managers if they can not handle the smallest of customer service problems because of stupid policy’s like this. Girl at the register was great as always.."
"You cannot get around this store. The manager over orders and just places carts of overstock in the aisles. The customer service is awful. The manager just walks around the store aimlessly while her employees do all the work. The store also will randomly close because the manager can’t properly run a store. The products are stale or old with a ton of dust on it because of the overstocking issue and potentially the lack of FIFO. Biggest problem is the manager know she can get away with this since this is the only store to shop for the residents in the area. Save yourself the time and energy and go somewhere else."

"Staff is always pleasant and currently they did a beautiful renovation. The store now sells fresh produce which is great for the local residents in a pinch. You may not always get the greatest people/ customers in the parking lot, however the store itself has always been wonderful."
