"Today I went in hoping to give my dog a bath using the pet wash stations at this TSC. I walked in and was instructed to get in line and pay for the wash. The cashier signed me up for their loyalty program because the 4th bath is free. I started the water and noticed it was cold so i shut the cold side completely off and only ran the hot side. I even let it run for a while before testing it. The water was in my opinion ice cold. When we asked, we were advised that the water can take 30-60 minutes to get "warm". Not sure why this isn't communicated prior to purchase or why its even a thing. I feel robbed of my time & money. Not to mention I feel awful for my dog who had to endure a cold shower. I will never come back to this establishment for a dog bath again. I've attached my receipt as proof that I actually was a customer. It's 2024, TSC, please do better. There is no excuse for this and certainly no excuse for how quickly your employee had the "30-60" minute line ready to go. Pet parents please beware."
