"On Thanksgiving afternoon Otis and his partner transported my husband from Leesburg Hospital to The Villages Hospital Rehab. When they arrived to pick him up my husband was in extreme pain and I requested if they could wait an hour for his pain meds to take effect before transporting him. They were caring and kind to me and waited in a break room. Then I asked if I could follow them and accompany them at The Villages Hospital because I was unfamiliar. Again yes. I wish I could remember the young man's name who was with Otis. They were both kind, acommodating, pleasant & professional. They transported my husband with the utmost care during a stressful time. Please extend my since thanks to both of them."
"I was not care for by the EMT. He stayed in the front until I was cold and unbuckled myself and reached for a sheet. He then charged back yelling at me and telling me how rude and horrible a person I was for touching supplies meant for other clients. I have attempted to discuss this with administration who said this does not sound like his behavior and chose not to believe me. No compassion for a person in crisis."
