"Used to be the place to go to. Would never go again now. My bike wasn’t making any clicking noise til I brought it back from the shop which was supposed to be “fixing it”. Good thing I’m not stupid and could tell they just loosened up some bolts to clearly get me to come back with another problem to pay them again for problems they created. Any other bike shop around is better than the so called “work” they get done at this place. Everyone that works there always has an attitude, nothing about it makes you want to stay or even talk to them. Don’t know how they expect to keep a business running this way."
"I came with the cracking sound in the bottom bracket. Lazy fella in repair shop didn’t even look at my bike. Told me to order the bottom bracket and bring it to him, then he will replace it. On my reasonable question -how do I know which bottom bracket I need? -he told me to contact 800 -Cannondale,, I went to other repair shop. No part replacement needed. Just regular maintenance. Not recommending."
"This is THE BIKE SHOP, NOT just Lee's bike shop!! They not only picked my Tricycle up, they fixed it up quick! Adjusted my breaks and have it riding good as new, no, BETTER!! EXCELLENT SERVICE!! GREAT REPAIR SHOP!! AWESOME PEOPLE!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!! Picked up a mirror & basket as well now my ride is complete!!"
"Came over to help my friend get his bike looked at. The gentleman was awesome. He looked at the bike told us what need to be done. He said it would be a few day cause he had to order some part. 2 day later he called saying it was ready. When we went to pick it up. He told my friend what was wrong and to ride it outside to make sure all was good. He did. But the brakes did seem right the were grinding. He tried to adjust them but need to be changed. It was only a small amount and fixed right away. Bike is like new and my friend is happy. I would go back. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable."
