"I have been a customer for over 15 years. I went to to store to let them know that one of the chlorine jugs that they gave me on the last trip was broken. They argued with me that it did not happen there. If I wanted to get over on a $5 jug after being a customer for 15 years I would have done it a long time ago. Stay away from this place. Go to Crescent pool. Mush better service."
"Was very satisfied with my pool guy until a new guy was assigned to my house I asked him to patch a crack in the pool wall he came out and checked it and quoted me a price I asked for an explanation Of the work to be done he gave me no explanation and told me if I didn't want to pay than fix it myself I told him thank you and hung up. I felt disrespected by this new pool guy (Chris) .I wanted to let the owner know how his employee (Chris) talks to his customers to my disbelief Chris was the owner"
