"I bought an autographed replica helmet by mistake and have been trying to exchange/replace it for 2 days now. I have been lied to about being contacted back and given the run around by the staff and have had to reach back out on multiple occasions to move this process along. Today i called in for an update and was again given the run around. The helmet I received looked as if it was built by a toddler and had clear damage to the back of it, not from the mailing service but from the careless oaf who put it together. Because the company who shipped it to me chalked up my issue to "Decals' which has nothing to do with the problem nor explains it in the slightest, there was internal debate in the warehouse on what to do. I was placed on hold for basically the entire duration of my 55 minute call until about the last 10 minutes where someone picked up and left me there trying to get the attention of the 3 people sitting by the phone holding a conversation and laughing. Do not do your business here. Just look elsewhere."

"Disappointed. Ordered a David Ortiz autographed baseball as a gift. The box (the baseball box...not the shipping box) is creased and slightly ripped and just overall looks beat up and used. This isn't a game used ball so the packaging should still look new, not like something you've let a child play with. The certificate of authenticity is basically garbage. It has a number on it, but nothing that identifies what it goes with. When the recipient opens the gift there's nothing to say whose autograph is on the ball. We all know the actual signatures are practically unreadable, but I expected the certificate to say what it was. It doesn't. It doesn't even look like something nice that would be displayed with the baseball...it's basically just an advertisement for their company with a note that says this number identifies the autographed is real - but it doesn't say who the autograph is. I'll have to make up something nice to present with the gift so the person receiving it knows what it is. For the amount I paid I certainly would have expected something better then an unidentified autograph in a beat up box. Will never purchase from this company again."

"Ordered a Jaylen waddle card. It was damaged and I sent it back and requested a refund. They told me they would refund the money when they receive the card. Delivery was confirmed but still no refund. Called them three months later and they said oh yeah. We’ll refund your money right away. Sketchy."

"This company does not have the products they claim. I have opened a case with the BBB and am disputing this with Amex for an order made over a month ago and has still not shipped. The previous reviewer was correct. I wish I had read this ahead of time."

"The company misrepresented itself. I purchased a signed goalie helmet which was shown on their site. They charged my AMEX card. I learned after a lengthly call into why they had't shipped my purchase...they didn't have the item. They were just placing orders for signatures. What a scam! I'm going to report them to the State fo Florida for deceptive business practices. Don't buy anything from this company, who knows what else they are fraudulently doing to their other consumers."
