There are literally 2 other workers who are just trying to make themselves look busy when they can clearly help this poor girl when there is a LONG line. I don’t normally complain about things like this unless it’s needed you cannot tell me what they are doing is more important then checking out a long line of customers. Whoever is managing this Ross needs to do a better job."

"The manager is super rude and unhelpful. After waiting 2 hours in the line when I got to the front they said their credit card machines don’t work and they would only be accepting cash… After, waiting in that line…. This was so inconsiderate. The “manager” said she wouldn’t be able to hold my items for me… RIDICULOUS!!!! I will not be returning here… such a shame it’s so new and the service is so terrible. I would give 0 stars if I could!"

"One of the newest Ross in the area. Prices are always very reasonable in comparison to other stores in the area. Cheapest. Staff is nice and attentive. Only problem is the long lines whenever you going to pay. They definitely need to put more cashiers."

"Recommend you Check your receipts before leaving this location as there are items with incorrect “codes”on their stickers and staff does not take accountability to correct their error on pricing/labeling of item codes. Even when you show them at the register items in store marked and labeled incorrectly. I decided going forward to avoid this location because I imagine the “sticker code issues” can be even more of a problem when it comes to returning any items later. I enjoy shopping at Ross but unfortunately NOT this location in Miramar Parkway, FL"

"Extremely nice cashier staff. Fitting room staff kind of passive aggressive. I’m still struggling about Ross’ bathrooms being locked out. Customers have to ask staff to enter the pin at the door to gain access to the bathroom. Families with children have to wait until a staff is willing to assist and children end up creating a bigger mess."
