"These crooks tried to charge me over $650 to change & balance both my motorcycle tires. They actually tried to say it would take 4.5 hours to change and balance 2 tires. Avoid Mckibben Powersports who loves to charge DOUBLE or TRIPLE for the same work. Response to owners response. Doug Stoner, Instead of Pretending you care with your copy & paste response. Ask your employee why they would quote $671 for the labor of changing and balancing 2 motorcycle tires. It's not my company or responsibility to find the problems and fix them. Fire your service manager who thinks quoting 4.5 hours at $671 is a great value compared to the actual Average cost of $200-$250 Max. Are your mechanics so bad they need more than twice as long to do anything? The answer seems to be "YES". Is over $100/hour for labor really a "value"? The answer is "NO"."
"One of the easiest transactions I have had anywhere. Ricky was very professional, helpful and answered all my questions and we did the entire process over text. We showed up to pick up our Honda Foreman Rubicon and they were ready for us and had us ready to ride in no time. While we were there, our son also picked out a machine still in the crate. Within the hour, it was also on the trailer headed home. Highly recommend this company!"
