"Absolutely terrible customer service . I bought a G&G 556 v3 for over 300 dollars plus mags and a few other thing so out the door I was over 400 deep. I used the gun at home and it sounded very springy , I then go to Tampa and played and there happened to be a young man with the same gun as me (unmodified) and it sounded completely normal . I bring the gun in with receipt in the box with everything it came with and they didn’t even want to check it out. Says it completely normal. I don’t understand how I can spend a good chunk of money here and they push you out the door with no want to help you. I do not recommend coming here and will be telling fellow airsofters to avoid this place as well. Worth the wait to order if you are guaranteed at least some customer service. Edit: after reshimming and installing a new m110 spring the gun shoots right at 352 with .2 and sounds much better . I still wouldn’t recommend buying from this company but wanted to give the info to anyone that needs help. Also more of proof this gun shouldn’t have sounded like this and they didn’t even want to hear it. I took before and after videos as well and it’s very clear the difference so if stampede wants to see what it should sound like I’ll send over the videos"
