"What can I say about this place. My 30. Yr old daughter and I of 58 decided to pick up and start fishing a couple weeks ago and picked up a few items we thought we would need to have a nice time on the water.Neither of us even knew how to string up the poles and how to knot a hook to the fishing line. So I called Bait Depot and talked to a woman named Malinda and explained my situation and she said come right over and they will set me up. She and her coworker Rick spent over an hour of their own time explaining how to use the rod and teaching us how to knot the hooks. Note the stuff they were using didn’t even come from that store. After getting a great lesson We went inside and bought a few things and thanked them both but they didn’t even charge us for showing us how to use our new poles. Will definitely be back in soon. In short the best service I’ve ever had and I think we even made a friend or two"

"Melinda was a life saver. I was out kayaking and I had two children with me. It was going to start raining soon. She came out and helped us remove everything from the water. She was very kind and helpful. I stopped in a week later and she guided us to some spots to fish and gave us a bunch of information on fishing with different live bait. This place has so much different live bait I have never seen at other bait shops. She filled up a bait bucket and off we went and caught some beautiful fish. Thank You very much for your kindness Melinda."
