"I purchased E 19 scooter about a month ago from Top Mobility. The scooter did not function properly. Top Mobility in return contacted E wheels and that was a nightmare. Diane at TM has been very kind and helpful with limited resources from E Wheels. I would suggest anymore that purchases a scooter etc to make sure E wheels is not involved. Their Customer Service is lacking in customer support Finally got a return shipping label and scooter will be pick up Friday and once in motion i should be receiving a full refund"
"Customer service NIGHTMARE! Sales people have no knowledge of on maintenance of the products they sell. They are the middleman for EZ wheels in Arizona. What this means is, if you have a problem with your scooter they are no help whatsoever! They also block your calls if you keep trying to reach them. I will never do business nor recommend Top Mobility for purchasing a scooter."

"I LOVE my scooter (Veloce 3 wheel)! It's been so valuable, and it reminds me a bit of the motorcycle i had in my 20s, so is especially fun. I'm so impressed with the battery power / how long it can go without a charge, and how "all-terrain" it really seems to be. I wanted to especially call out Kelli's customer service on chat and phone. I lost my charging cable, and she was so helpful. She's friendly and caring, yet super efficient and solved my problem. It's clear she has a passion for what she does!"
