"Today I sent my 14-year-old son in to get a master link for his go-kart chain. It cost him $8.50. The same part online is $1.70. Now I believe in supporting small businesses and our locally owned businesses but that price difference right there is ridiculous! We will take our business elsewhere."
"Good people to work with Update: got my 250 cc scooter service there. Did good job but when i pick it up the front windshield was spider cracked. I was told it cheap Chinese plastic. NOT HAPPY. I ask the owner to call me. I was told not happening... its that cheap Chinese plastic not there fault."
"I have an older four wheeler (2002 Yamaha) and basically got the vibe he didn’t wanna work on it cause it was older. He told me it was a piece of junk, that I should get rid of it and whoever I bought it from ( MY FATHER ) ripped me off. He tried to tell me it needed a new battery which I replaced less than 2 days before dropping it off there. He said I needed a new wiring harness that would run me about 1200$, which was incorrect. He said he ended up fixing some wiring on it but He actually did next to no real work on it and charged me almost 400 dollars to pick it up. I called every four wheeler mechanic around the area and he was the only one without a 2-4 week wait, and now I know why. Unless you have nice new equipment that is pretty and easy to work on I suggest waiting the 2-4 weeks at another shop to get it done right and at a more reasonable rate. Very unprofessional and rude"
"Needed some direction, guidance... they were more than willing to help. Ordered 4 new tires for my son's buggy. They had them in the store in one day! Mounted for me and charged a reasonable fee. Overall great experience. Easy to find and quick to help. Thanks!"
"Worst customer service EVER!!!! I asked for a diagnostic on my ATV. Told the guy I could fix it myself if he could point me in the right direction as to what the issue was. I was told that would cost $50. When I went to pick it up it was in pieces and I was told it was extra for him to put it back together if he didn't get the job. I'm pretty sure I made it clear I was doing the work myself to begin with. The owner was very rude about the whole situation and left my four wheeler in pieces to get dirt all in the motor on the ride home and figure out what bolts went where.....let's at least hope they are all there when I fix it. I WILL NEVER USE HIM AGAIN!!!! RUDE!!!!!"
