"My wife and I had kick around the idea of getting into biking since we are now officially senior citizens:). We googled " Best bikes shops in Pensacola" and CycleSports Bicycles was the first listing. I read 10 reviews and make a decision, CycleSports had all 5 stars. My wife has never been on a bike, but she has always wanted to try, Tom was our direct sales person, he and his staff worked through all our questions and concerns. We left with two new bikes, a Sun 7 speed Trike for the wife, a Jamis Citizen 3, for me. We have found our "GoTo" bike shop. If you are considering bike options, and like us you read and trust reviewing a buiness before you waste your precious time and money, then CycleSports is the place to check. They are above professional grade. They operate a business with old school business practices, I would give them 10 stars if I could, salute!"

""Something there is that doesn't love a".. slow leaking bicycle tire, in addition to the wobbly wheels and stretched out tires. Without a second thought, I make way for Cycle Sports. I'm not sure how the other shops in town add up, I've never had to go anywhere else. Their sales, service and technical support is at a high caliber level. A most efficient repair shop that can take care of all your cycling needs. I only frequent this establishment for all my cycling needs. Thank again."

"I had the best experience at this bike shop. Halfway though a 2 week tour, I started experiencing several issues. I brought my bike in and explained what was going on, and they took the time to listen and diagnose the problem. The prices were extremely reasonable and I left very satisfied. I would highly recommend this place if you need any tune ups, advice, or help purchasing a bike."

"I went in to the store this morning to upgrade my basic road bike and left with the perfect bike for me. Brian and the rest of the guys were very helpful, patient with all of my questions, and made sure that I was comfortable with the decision that I was making. They let me take my time cruising around North Hill on two different bikes to make sure I got a good feel for how they both would be when I’m out on the road for 20-30 miles at a time. I’m very happy that I decided to check the store out, and now it will be my local bike shop for years to come."

"I'm editing an older review, but I'll include both because they're both great. I just picked up my new CAAD 12 today and MAN am I excited to break it in (after this endless rain...)! Worked with Aaron and Brian on a newer purchase (the CAAD 12) because I had purchased a Quick 7 from them almost a year ago. The knowledge (technically and generally) that these guys have is amazing. STRONGLY RECOMMEND IF IN THE MARKET FOR A NEW BIKE! I unfortunately don't have pics of the Quick 7 available at the moment, but just took some of the CAAD. You guys rock! Keep it up. FYI: The bike had to be ordered, so if anyone is wondering rough times, the bike was ordered on Friday last week (31MAY2019) and arrived today (05JUN2019). There was a weekend in there for what it's worth."
