"I recently had the 50 hour service for my L3902 done at Coastal in Jacksonville. Even though I didn’t purchase it from them, their service team made it extremely easy to schedule. I called Michael, the Service Advisor, and he thoroughly explained the service and scheduled the machine to be picked up for service. Harley, who is also part of the service team, picked the machine up a day early, which was awesome. He called me prior to let me know he was headed to pick it up. I explained that I was working, and I hadn’t had a chance to clean it up and disconnect the implements. He insisted that he would do it and place then with my other implements to ensure my children don’t get hurt playing on it. The service only took 3 days, and when Harley brought it back, he was kind enough to hide it in the backyard and to attach the bucket, which is well above and beyond any expectations I had. Having said all that, the folks at Coastal are great, and I would absolutely do business with them again."
"If you want to be ghosted by sales rep this a good place to go. I guess they don’t need the money? Because I took my business to Ag Pro and got my new tractor there. I really like Kubota and had one and I needed one for our 10 acres of property. But getting a quote and getting the sales rep to respond back to you is like pulling teeth. Even when I said I was coming down to look at the model and asked when she would be there. All I heard was Crickets . Nothing to see here go to John Deere great service and response. P.S After a week the sales rep responded to me after they saw this negative review and tried to put it back on me!"
