"Absolutely paltry customer service. And during the holidays on top of it. I got to checkout with over $100 in product and at the last minute the cashier called a manager over for some clearance fabric. She was very rude and said I'd have to go back and get it measured again. I said I was going to but the whole bolt and she yelled saying it didn't matter and I should have known that and abruptly walked away. I've never seen anything like it. Last time I ever shop here. Buyers beware!!!!"

"I love it here!! I bought so much stuff for fall at 66% off could it be for 66 books in the Bible? Anyhoo I also was able to get a few Christmas trees for decorations as well(I'm on a Christmas tree kick)! Anyhoo HOBBY LOBBY IS THE PLACE TO GO! Micheals, Dollar General, Walmart, and any other place where you can get decorations and crafts, DONT GOT NOTHING ON HL!! Please spend your monies here because the employees TREAT YOU FANTASTICALLY and...it's money well spent!"
