"Told my nail tech I didn’t want gel three times, she put it on anyway and charged me an extra $15. It was one of the worse nail jobs I’ve ever had. Nails had a horrible shape, were wavy, put on uneven and my cuticles were ripped and painful. Needless to say, I won’t be going back and after reading the reviews, I see that many other first time visitors will no longer be returning. Greed and lack of professionalism sounds like their biggest issue."

"New to the area and so I googled and found this salon that was open after I got off work. When I walked in I was promptly greeted and told them I would like a pedicure! She called me over right away and soaked my feet. I was helped by “Lucky” she was friendly and seem to know what she was doing. I’m very satisfied with the service and my toes looks like they belong on my foot again!"

"These people don’t have the people to accommodate the services they provide. They accept walk in and started offering a ton of wax services. My girlfriend went in at 3pm and there was only a couple of people in the store, but once more people came in they started pushing her aside. Every time a new person came in they serviced them; with only 4 works (one who seemed new) for all their services. My girlfriend only got Acrylics done so anyone else who came in for their nails they would base start them and them move on to the next person to do the same. After 2 and a half hours of waiting, I went into the store to find out my girlfriend only had color on, still waiting for someone to do her design they approved because only one person who worked there did designs. When I confronted the nail lady all she had to say was “i’m busy” and I made it clear how she was there for 2 and a half hours and that the lady she was currently working on came in a while after her but the nail lady wasn’t having it. Thankfully, the customer she was working on understood and got up and let my girlfriend finish her nails. The nail lady though rushed her designs and her nails weren’t dry when she left, and she definitely over charged her for her nails. She didn’t get the quality service that she paid for and deserved. We left at 6pm. Don’t accept walk ins and don’t provide a numerous amount of (new and old) services if you 1. Don’t have the people to accommodate everyone. 2. Don’t have everyone skilled the same. Just saying."
