"Other than Mike, who is great, the other staff members are terrible. They're condescending, which is ironic because they're usually wrong (wrong terminology, etc) and far from friendly and accommodating. You feel as though you're intruding when you walk in and want to buy something. For that great customer service, you also get to pay significantly more than the big box retail outlets."
"Was in there the other day, and was so impressed by the bravery and courage of their employees. A long haired hooligans stopped in with a bunch of boxes of electrical outlets and tried to return old outlets in new boxes (can you believe the nerve?!?) they declined to fall for his tricks and sent him fleeing like the scam artist he was. Thank you for your service city electric employees!"
