"We reserved a piece of equipment a month before we needed it for our customer's project. An office member called the day before to verify the lift would be there in the morning and the woman(Jan) who answered was very rude and talked to us like we were stupid for verifying our reservation and delivery time. When the morning of the appointment came and went, we called back up to see what the delay was as our crew was standing around for 2 hours at this point waiting for this equipment. Apparently it was returned after hours and needed service, but nobody bothered to call us to tell us it was out of commission. They couldn't give us an idea of when it might be arriving, only that "it's coming". It never showed up. Also, please be aware that their employees are leaving 'customer reviews' on this google listing."
