"Purchased new interior wood doors from them fall of 2023. The doors came in with the wrong profile. Sales man said he would have prod. Mgr. call me and see what could be done to correct the doors. No call. I emailed them several days later no response. Still no contact after several weeks. I learned my lesson. NEVER PAY 100% until the job is finished and inspected. Their contract is very aggressive and not appropriate. PS. Have sales rep take detailed notes on what you decide in their showroom and have him keep a file under your name to prevent miscommunication and wrong orders."

"The staff at the Jupiter Location was great from the moment I walked in their showroom. Matt was the gentleman I dealt with and he was very knowledgeable about the doors I was looking to purchase . The new front doors came in quicker than I thought they would. Their install team reached out to me, set up a date to install and they showed up on time and did a fantastic job. The best part about it was, my wife was very happy with how the doors came out and how they have changed the appearance of our home.
