"Sunshine Plumbing has been a MAJOR headache from day 1. We went to their showroom to take a look and they were closed. (I believe most people work until 5PM), so getting there on a weekday is virtually impossible. Also, they are closed on weekends; Saturday by appointment only and closed Sunday. VERY inconvenient being they are a retail store. However, once we were able to navigate this hurdle there were more to come. We purchased a beautiful whirlpool tub, and we were told it would take 2 weeks to come in. We’ve planned our entire renovation around the delivery of this item. I called Sunshine 2 weeks after placing the order after not hearing a word from anyone (their communication is terrible) and was told they were trying to get in touch with the manufacturer for days and have heard nothing back. My husband called the manufacturer himself and got someone immediately. Long story short, the tub was not ordered!! They failed the place the order. We then had to wait another 2 weeks for the tub to get shipped because someone completely dropped the ball at Sunshine! You take my money but don’t place the order!? The problems continued when they promised delivery between 9:30-11:30am, after 1 MONTH of waiting for our product to come in! Our window to the bathroom was blown open (so the tub could be brought in through the window). I called at 11:30 for an ETA and was told it would be more like 2PM. They are completely incompetent. Again, no communication to let us know they were going to be late. It’s beyond frustrating how a business can operate like this. We will NEVER do business with them again! I would highly advise that you look elsewhere!"

"I am not a contractor but I walked into the Jupiter store while driving to ACE Hardware looking for a water shut off valve for both of my bathrooms. There were three people behind the counter and one was busy taking an order from a commercial customer. The other two (a hot girl and a crusty old man) were too busy chatting about some nonsense with an apparent good customer. It was delightful he bought a ring on the recommendation of the hot girl and both the reps couldn't breakaway from such a riveting conversation to even acknowledge I was standing there. I'm not unaccustomed to walking into stores where the reps are busy and I'll gladly wait my turn since others are being serviced. But this place seems to go out of its way to avoid anyone standing there in front of them including any eye contact. I wasn't acknowledged until the chatty customer who already conducted his business left the premises. Finally I was greeted with a standard "Can I help you?" from the old salt that really didn't look like he wanted to even be there in the first place. Prior to this, I was tempted to walk out after waiting 5 minutes for one of the two reps (please see above), to say at least "We'll be right with you" or at a least "Hello", but I decided to stay. Imagine going to a restaurant, seeing a sign that says "Please let us seat you" and no one approached you. Then while waiting, many employees wouldn't even acknowledge your presence while they continually walked by you while you were patiently waiting for service. This is the experience you can enjoy in Sunshine Plumbing Supply, Inc. If you are someone who is not a commercial client, don't expect much from this group, I am planning on a complete kitchen makeover and if the contractors spend so much as a dime with them, I will find another."
