"From start to finish, Pecky Cypress and More was an absolute pleasure to work with! What you have to understand is that they're in Florida and we're in Arizona! Being over 2,200 miles away made us a bit apprehensive to jump in - paying for materials up front when we had no way of seeing what we were getting, trusting that we'd get it.... but, we wanted the Pecky Cypress wood so bad for our small (yet, important to us!) project at home, that we just had to come to terms with the fact that there was just no other way to get it! So, we hoped for the best! Well, the best is what we got! Mike Barone, the owner, answered ALL my emails, text messages and phone calls in no time! He answered every question and made me feel like my small order was a big deal! He sent me photos of wood samples, of the wood that was selected for us and a picture from the day it shipped. He even followed the order with FedEx and was contacting me through it's transit. It got here safely - exactly as I had specified e.g. tongue and groove, the length, width and height, you name it! I only wish that Pecky Cypress and More could've installed the wood for us, but again, 2,200+ miles. Anyway, our project finally got done (had to wait for a local installer) and it looks terrific! Forget the trendy shiplap and reclaimed barn wood - get something unique and timeless (watch a few early episodes of Perry Mason - his Los Angeles office was lined with Pecky Cypress!). Pecky Cypress and More will be the easiest and best part of your project!"
