"First, I told the guy I wanted these butterflies and he doesn’t even let me know until after doing my nails that the butterfly stickers are only for acrylic, after he already nodded okay when i pointed and said I wanted them… 2nd he kept rushing or just huffing and puffing if I asked to make my nails even or to fix soemthing. Thirdly, I asked for a heart small one and he’s rushing through and it looks not so great and i expressed that if he can fix it because it’s just not done right. He huffs and puffs more and then does a clear coat on the white heart causing the wet white one to spread on my red… and i immediately 4th say can you fix this, look it’s now on the red, it’s just not a clean look. He PROCEEDS TO IGNORE ME, and continues with my nails. Then at the end i say I’m not paying for these two design fingers because you ignored me after asking 2/3 times to fix it or if he is going to. Not only does he not charge me for it fine okay, but it’s the fact that now I’m stuck with this poor un clean design. Could’ve found someone to do it better instead of me walking out disliking my nails. Call me annoying bc I’m paying for these nails and poor customer service. He just was rude overall. Not coming back."

"Lily is amazing! Be sure to make an appointment as she is a busy lady but rightfully so. She is a perfectionist, does beautiful work and cares about her clients. My first visit she recognized I had a sick toe and recommended treatment. Don’t pay attention to the negative reviews, I have become loyal to Lily because of her quality of work and service."

"Super sad to leave this review since this used to be my top place to get my nails done. Always had a great experience with Lilly and would recommend her in a heart beat. I had an acrylic mani done last night and unfortunately I will have to go somewhere else to get a new set today. Look at the pictures -- the salon charges $40 for this. The nail tech was super rough on my cuticles. Not only the most painful mani experience I've ever had but the fact he would try to use his owns nails to push my cuticles back truly upset me. I’m in the healthcare industry so some could say I’m bias — I believe what he did is unacceptable in any setting. My requests as far as shape, color and thickness were ignored so I’m obviously not happy with how the nails came out. I can’t even say I tolerate the way they look. Makes you wonder if these technicians are certified and have the proper training. The final result does not show the labor of a professional. Very poor quality and overpriced. Never coming back."

"Worst nail experience I've had, no good customer service. I booked this nail salon to relax before my vacation but obviously that didn't happen, the guy ended up cutting my skin instead of my cuticle. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone."
