"Diamond nails does not provide good customers. They know how to rip people off. I paid more than a hundred dollars for a design that faded completely literally in two days that was done by the nail tech Tony himself. Nina as the shop owner is very rude and does not know how to provide quality service to customers especially not keeping in track of first come first service. I asked here if they could fix my nail because the design faded completely and without courtesy or showing an ounce of leniency to me as a continuing customer, they were choosing to charge me $30 extra to fix my design. Filing and shaping is very mediocre and they add too much acrylic especially when it comes down to filing. If you rather waste your money, by all means. But i will never recommend anyone to go there. To continue building good clientele, you have to be able to meet the standards of your clients to build great rapport."

"Idk what gotten into them but somehow they were rude and charged extra cause I didn’t do my nails, feet, and side burns. For instance if I’m only getting one thing done they’ll amp the price on u cause you’re not getting anything else. I just came to get my chin and lip done. The lady quickly went on the side burns and I had to let her know “Uum I only wanted lip/chin” “ok it’s $16” I get to the counter “its $20, cause “it’s a lot”I KNOW your chin next time when u come in make sure u tell them and ask” it’s principle and how u talk to customers and if u knew it wasn’t $16 why not say 20 from the jump IN ENGLISH!!!! RESPECT GOES A LONG WAY PEOPLE."
