"i’ve been straightening my curly hair for years without experiencing any heat damage. they fried my hair!! this salon doesn’t use hair rollers, only blower and flat iron. all the direct heat killed my curls. naturals beware!!!!! EDIT in response to salon: 1. just because i knew you guys didn’t use rollers doesn’t mean i expected my hair to be fried. 2. i came back because i wasn’t aware of the damage until i washed it myself, you guys are the ones who washed me in between services. 3. your photos prove nothing considering my hair was freshly washed, of course you won’t see the damage. i took my photos after wash + air dry. 4.it is extremely unprofessional to avoid accountability and try blaming the client."

"Don’t waste people’s time. Made an appointment for 11:30am. I was going to do mani/pedi, but told the lady in the front I didn’t have enough time for both so I would only do the manicure. Left because they were still doing someone else’s nails 30mins past my appointment time… about to start a pedicure. Don’t understand why would you set up an appointment if the client won’t be ready by the time you schedule the next one. And if the lady was aware I didn’t have enough time, why not just tell me they are running late and I can come back later? Anyways…when I told the lady that my appointment was at 11:30 as I walked out the door, she couldn’t care less. Waste of time."

"Husband and I went in for 2 pedis and 1 mani. I had Jennifer and I believe he had Joanna (not positive on her name). It is a new salon and they were awaiting the arrival of the big pedi chairs and foot spas so they offered Russian dry pedicures. I was a bit bummed bc I love a good soak, so they made it happen for us with the smaller mobile foot baths. This was the start of our awesome experience. Hubs got to use the infrared booth (and was so thrilled) while I got my perfect manicure. - Our first time there - Chose the location based on how the receptionist spoke to us via phone. Super kind and informative. - We show up and immediately felt like it was a welcome party. Everyone was beyond kind, authentic, calm, just the best environment. - My nail tech (Jennifer) recommended a color for me and it is amazing. I usually leave nail appointments feeling like I should’ve said something or asked for something different But I left thinking that I couldn’t possibly get anything more perfect for me. - Pricing was great, competitive. - Was offered drinks throughout and had a few flutes of champagne each! - It was my birthday and they made me feel so absolutely special, even gave me a little Tiara. Cute. - Very clean, everything was brand new, all the tools were in their own new packages. Which is my main concern. Liners in the foot baths. - Flowers everywhere and a lovely scent. - We were the first ones there so they asked what music we wanted them to play, we chose peaceful spa music. But they played a cool upbeat playlist later so it was still a vibe. - I got an almond or mini stiletto nail with acrylic tips and color 44 sparkly soft pink dip powder. - No I don’t have cute fingers but I added a picture of the nails bc they are great lol - Huge bonus for meeting the owners and having them check in on us from time to time. Both super accommodating and kind. The takeaway is that we were blown away by the service and professionalism and the atmosphere. Such a welcoming and delightful experience- would definitely recommend for any time, but absolutely would advice you to come for a special occasion or on a day when you can’t afford to mess up or don’t want to risk being dissatisfied."

"I had a full mommy spa day here and let me just say… as a mom of 3 I WILL be coming here 2x per month for my stress relief. The staff was absolutely amazing and so attentive. I got a full set, pedicure, lashes, facial and got to sit in the sauna. My experience was incredible and I can’t wait for 2 weeks ."
