Ny Nails

"My only complaint is when I get my gel nails, I have to put my hands in the the little infra-red light box to dry. It doesn't appear to be wiped down regularly on the outside and I can feel residue on the inside. I would think that box should be cleaned between each customer."

"Worst place ever! I had a pedicure with acrylic on the toes for $70.00. A day later the big toe nail and the third toe nail came half way off with blood. I went back to get them fix Nini the name of the lady that I spoke with told me to come back in a few days after they healed. When I went back after they healed she wanted to charge me for the same 2 nails that she originally told me to come back for. She argued back and forth with me, I raised hell in front of the other customers in the shop then she finally fix them for free. I had to scream on top of my lungs to get her to fix them. I advise not to there for nails services."

"I’m never going back there again. This one woman rolls her eyes when you sit down couldn’t match a nail that came off(very basic service) got up said what do you want then… and wouldn’t do my nails. I felt so uncomfortable but they had already started. The nail owner then takes over and destroys my nails I was so upset I called and said I’m very sorry but I can’t deal with this and I paid you for a service could you please fix them she yells into the phone it’s a refill )a fill for acrylic nails) and it won’t be perfect.. then why am I being charged too dollar why are you doing nails? I’ve gotten plenty of fills. It’s so bad she refused to fix it instead of saying I’m sorry I will be happy to fix it. I own a business too I would never treat a paying customer who is just upset about a service. They have the worst ppl skills and are nasty everyone who works there. The one nail they replaces is so big compared f9 the others she was getting upset when I kept telling her it didn’t match and just did what she wanted … you can see the lines in the polish she wouldn’t fix the glitter after she bubbles it. 6 of them are uneven… honestly can’t believe it they acted so miserable they shouldn’t operate a nail salon women go in there to feel good. This did not make me feel good. Now I have to spend more to have someone else fix them."

"I came in for a take-off & new set of gel nails but instead I was met with a rude attitude & temper by this woman in the picture attached. I was telling her I wanted to change my services & I guess she thought I was trying to rush her or something because she says "ok, you can wait because I'm doing something right now". I explained to her I was not saying to hurry up or anything but just clarifying what I wanted and she never apologized for being rude. I obviously left and will never return but this is unacceptable! This is the worst nail shop I have EVER been to in my life. The customer service is HORRIBLE!"

"Worst expérience ever!!!DO NOT GET YOUR NAILS DONE HERE!!!My nails turned out to be a disaster! The young lady seemed new and had no clue what she was doing and they overcharged . And this is my nails after 3 days. I was so bad I had to remove the polish. Complained to the owner and she completely ignored me"
