"The people are not very nice. They lack basic customer service. I have been there a handful of times. This was my last time. I was there for over 2 hours for a gel pedicure and nexgen set. The pedicure lady was decent. The pedicure chair was broken (no massage) and she was very rough with my feet. My knees hurt afterwards. The only lady who can do a decent nail set Van but she is just not friendly. She did my nails and didn’t speak the entire time. She asked me what I’m getting and at the end said stay for 2 min to dry. She only spoke to her people in their language. I couldn’t wait to get out of her chair. The salon was quiet. No music playing. The TV was on but no sound. I didn’t have the relaxing feels that I get after receiving all these services. This place is pricey and not even that nice. Never again!"

"My pedicure was very nice. I decided to get the Nextgen dip in a royal blue color. I asked for short and they are longer than what I wanted. 2 of the nails were smudged and I don’t feel the man took his time. It is very pricey and I would only recommend pedicure from them. When I get home to Michigan I’m going to have them fixed properly. If you are spending the money they charge they better be perfect. Beware!!!!"

"This place is seriously horrible and overpriced. I paid $50 for these nails. The chipping started happening 2 days after. 2 of the gel nails came right off and I had to repaint then to hold me down. Even the texture is horrible honestly the worst nail place I've ever been too and even my friend who came with me her nails did the same thing. This place should shut down"
