Called three times to verify the door was in and scheduled for pick up. When I got there the door was not to be found. Paying a company for installation twice now. Spoke with manager. Absolutely zero help. This company is a joke. Go elsewhere! Update: I get the door a week later damaged. See pics. I don’t care if it’s just a primed door and still needs paint. The fact they had a week to make this right and still sent a damaged door is beyond me. Go anywhere else."
"I am a repeat customer but this time was not a good experience. I won't give the days-long blow-by-blow, but I will say that the salesman and the manager were both rude and condescending to me today over the phone. Since when is that ok? They have my money, I have nothing and then be rude about it? They also wasted over an hour of my contractor's time, who was on-site. My Contractor buys a lot of materials from them monthly but has decided to take his business elsewhere as a result of the extremely poor customer service we both encountered today."
"I've ordered primed wood trim from them 2 times now. Both times the product has been straight, smooth and beautiful. They deliver really quick, which I would say is the best part. Not to mention their prices are better than Lowes or Home Depot, and better quality."
