"Our previous two bathrooms and the layout of the kitchen were very unsightly and outdated, as the house is 28 years old (built in 1996). The 1/2 bathroom shower tile was moldy and drab and I did not even use it for showering for that reason. Now I use that shower room everyday and it is so refreshing to step into a nice, clean, updated space. The shower door that we had before was difficult to open and close. Now we have a wonderful solid glass door that has been installed seamlessly and slides open and close very smoothly. The other bathroom with the tub is the one that my elderly mother-in-law uses. She struggles with her balance and they did a superb job installing the handrail for her to hold onto when she showers. Again, the moldy, outdated tile was taken out and the new tile complements the stylish, modern feel of the entire house. The kitchen is now so much easier to navigate. They knocked down two walls surrounding the kitchen that were cumbersome and unnecessary. Now rather than obstructing walls we have an open, airy space with an island with a sink and dishwasher. We did not lose any cabinet space. This new layout allows us to utilize the space much more effectively. We actually have more space for cooking. The tile countertops are a significantly better quality material than the particle board countertop we used to have and so much easier to clean. The new kitchen sink we have is major upgrade. Now we don’t have to worry about the sink getting scratched and corroded with the safety liner in place at the bottom of the sink. The shower-head nozzle allow for easy cleaning of the sink. And the automatic sensor to turn the sink water on and off is a wonderful touch because now I don’t need to worry about dirtying the handle of the sink. The sink is larger and deeper, affording us a lot more room to work with. Our old dishwasher made a considerable amount of noise and we would always have to wait until bedtime to run it or else we could not hear the tv. The new dishwasher is virtually noiseless and is a far more streamlined model. I appreciate all their help in picking out these quality appliances and materials for us. We have four cats and sometimes they make accidents in the floor. The laminate floors that we had before were cheap and warped easily when they came in contact with moisture. Now the floors are much more easy to clean and maintain. The cabinets are gorgeous and fit in great with the new look of the house They are very efficient and get the job done well. Would highly recommend!"

"We live in an old (1952) house with one and a half bathrooms. The full bathroom was in pitiful shape. After getting ghosted by several contractors (assume because of the size of the project) we found Nick (Homes Remodeling & Renovating). He visited, sent a proposal in a prompt manner. The proposal was very reasonable and would cover all work and basic supplies. We were in charge of buying all the big items. After the couple of months it took us to get everything (tiles, vanity, toilet, etc) we let him know we were ready. In less than two weeks they were at our house working day in and day out. It took a little less than a week. The workers were very pleasant people. Any issue we had we brought it up to them and they fixed immediately without any complaint. We are very pleased with the work, the bathroom looks phenomenal. They even changed the bathroom window for us. I'm posting before and after photos, you figure out which is which :)"
