"We took the Wood & Epoxy Charcuterie Board making class with Barry in Feb 2024 at the Jacksonville St. Johns Town Center location and it was excellent! Barry is an excellent instructor, he was as focused on safety and correct use of the power tools and made sure everyone left the class comfortable in their use. In addition our charcuterie boards turned out fantastic. Highly recommend this class!"

"We love Rockler and are thrilled that the store came to Jacksonville. We usually order online, however I recently visited the store to see if they had the 'Rockler Cast Iron Router Table Master Kit with Cabinet and Pro Lift' in stock and from the moment I called and spoke with Mark to see if they had all the parts to actually driving over to the store for purchase I received 5 Star Customer Service. Everyone at the store was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, they knew where every item was located in the store, they knew their store inventory and assisted with loading all the items into my vehicle. I have never received such an excellent quality of service from the 'big box' stores. My thanks to all the associates who helped me with my purchase. I will definitely be returning to the store for more items. I also noticed that they have premium lumber in stock so I will be returning soon. The Router table cabinet is a serious addition to any woodworkers shop, quality steel construction - we are super impressed! Thanks again Rockler! ( -;"
