"Just went by the office to buy a bunch of material and screens and was rudely turned away and told that they were close. I had over $600 order to me and it the employee was pretty rude. I’ve been dealing with Aluminum Specialties for many years and I Came to this location again because it’s 2 miles away from my office and unfortunately I was disappointed for about the third time because of the customer service and now I have to drive out to Sarasota to do my business because a Florida based business wants to close their office at 3 PM. i’m a small business owner and I know that things happen and you can’t control all of your employees but when a customer is come to your location three times and had bad experiences something might need to be looked at. Very disappointed and I will continue to keep shopping at Aluminum Specialties where they bend over backwards for my money and my business ."
