"Two people working, when we walked in. No acknowledgement, not even a look and head nod. One working with customer, mainly just in conversation, the other in back just walking around. Not even when the first customer took a phone call, did the cashier even make eye contact. After 20 minutes we started to go across the street, to the new Ace Hardware, where we would receive top notch service, the person in back comes out and said, "Can I help you." We will search for better options in the future, this is not the first time customer service was extremely poor here. Sad that we are bound by a brand to insure that the house paint will adhere properly, but we will research a remedy."
"Came into this store and the girl who was there told us she wouldn’t “touch” any paint that was not made in her exact location… which is BS so we went to the next location in Northbrook plaza and the guy was so nice and told us of course he could help us and changed the color of our paint. I don’t recommend this location… go to the 2600 Northbrooke Plaza Dr Unit 10 Naples, FL 34119 United States location for better service."
"I was able to purchase three different custom paints for touching up areas of my home. The store is very nice and the staff polite but unfortunately it took quite a bit of time. One of the colors was color matched and this took up most of the wait time. I am overall satisfied with this store. If you haven't purchased paint recently you might be shocked at how expensive it can be."
