"I requested service from this company and they referred me to a guy name Hubbel who apparently do the sprinkler repair jobs for this company. I wanted him to replace 1 head (which he did) and program my system (which he did not do). He came by and tried to fix a zone which I told him has never been active since I purchased my house. This zone wasn't my concern to begin with but he insist he can make the zone work and went ahead and suggest that the valves need to be replace for the zone which he did. After he replaced the valves the zone still remains dormant as I mentioned. After all is said and done. He charged $80 per valves which didn't fix the zone which equals to $160 and added a so call "service call" charge of $70. Total amount $230. I spent 230 and all was done that made sense was he replaced my broken sprinkler head. Never again will I use or recommend any form of sprinkler repairs done by this company. Total robbery. Hubbel was polite but his price for what he done was ridiculous."
