"Very unprofessional with everything; lack of attention, lack of hygiene, please just cover your mouth when you cough!! Don’t cover your mouth with the hands that are going to work on my nails!! No time management, she changed my appointment by 2 hours and when I arrived, she made me wait another hour!! Also who watches a show on their phone while doing nails !?!? Only here !!! I didn’t leave cause I already had paid for my deposit and I just knew they wouldn’t refund it. I was recommended to come here but after all I regret it so much and was very disappointed with the way she manages everything with no class or ethic . I could have spent my money elsewhere but hey at least I know where not to go and not to refer people to. Very bad first impression."
"I went in as a walk in and got greeted kindly. I had a new woman who had just started do a fill and shape fix from the last place I had been. She took her time and paid attention to detail. There was a language barrier since it is a primarily Spanish speaking establishment. But, I was able to communicate what I wanted through another worker. It was a very relaxed atmosphere and I will be going back for fills and nail art. Also, was very affordable I give this nail art and spa a 5 star as it was a great experience"

If Mayli is not available to do my nails I know with certainty that I can go with Roxana.
