"My wife setup an appointment, got out of work early to go to the appointment only to have Gene tell her the price would not be what was quoted and that she has a bad shoulder and doesn’t do longer hair because it takes to long. Then told her the price and said “why don’t you go home and think about it”. Absolutely ridiculous, how unprofessional can someone be. Gene didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience. I would pay double to go somewhere else. Don’t judge a book by its cover Gene, especially in Naples."

"The second you walk through the door you’re greeted with a friendly face! While waiting for my service the stylist who was not busy talked to me and made me feel so welcomed, as it was my first time being in their salon. Itzel got to me in a timely manner and gave me one of the best pedicures I’ve had in a while; I had a bad ingrown nail and started going to her every 2 weeks for a new pedicure and she has now completely gotten rid of the problem. I am forever grateful for her and the salon for showing me such a nice relaxing time, if I could recommend this place 10000 times I would."
