"Love the atmosphere but unfortunately their scheduling is awful. I had scheduled nails for my wedding for a few bridesmaids and I a month in advance. I Called back a week or so before to double check our reservation and they lost the reservation. Fixed it over the phone and then showed up for my reservation and they didn’t have us written down anywhere. It was the day before my wedding so I had to frantically find somewhere else to get my bridal party and I’s nails done. Never been back, really disappointing because it’s cute in there ."

"Made an appointment yesterday at 3 pm for a pedi. Waited 45 minutes. When asked them what was taking so long they said the previous clients were “running late.” Why should all the rest of your customers pay the price of waiting around 45 minutes when one client was not respectful enough to show on time. They should have turned the client away after 10 minutes of running late so it does not affect the rest of the schedule, but instead they proceeded to lie for 45 minutes telling me that it was going to be any minute now. Such disrespect for their costumers. I left, headed to the salon next door next to fresh market and my pedi turned out great!"

"After being told they were running 15 minutes behind, I returned and waited another hour. I was shown a price menu and selected a pedicure. At no time was there any mention of an up-charge for gel. We thought that was odd, but fantastic. When we got to the cash register we were charged $50 more than the price we were shown. We were told that we should have been told about the $5 each to remove the gel, and the $20 each to re-apply the gel. When I protested we were told we would have wait for the manager to get in touch with us. She never bothered. When I called her, she told me the same thing. We should have been told about the up-charges when we chose our pedicures. She then told us the best she could do would be in-store-credit. When I asked for a refund, she told me she could contact the owner, but that they were all independent contractors, and acted like she was very put out to have to make such Herculean efforts. Suffice it say, I have disputed the charge with my bank and I will be sharing this experience far and wide. Too bad that the nail techs that were so very sweet and skilled will be the ones to pay for the greed and deception of the management and apparently owners,"

"Luna and Shonny were great. Eight days later and my Dazzle mani and pedicure still look great. Probably a 3.5 due to the fact I had a 10 AM appointment, first of the day when they opened, and there was no one there to open so my appointment was 34 minutes late."

"If it was possible to give zero stars, this establishment would be rated that way. I went into tipsy salon as a platinum blonde with a balayage session and haircut booked. 7 hours later I left with red stripes surrounding my root area and an uneven cut. Not balayage. I returned the following day and asked to speak with the manager, which was unsuccessful. I asked for my hair to be corrected and was told to come in later that day. The next stylist spent another 6.5 hours turning my platinum blonde hair into a completely unrecognizable disaster of black roots and gray ends. I had been told there was no charge to correct the first color disaster, and when I was in the chair before they would rinse the new color I was informed I had to pay an additional $80.00 since the person correcting the color was a "master stylist." I've attempted to speak to Ashley the manager in regards to a refund as I am now out over $500.00 and cannot get it fixed elsewhere until that it returned. Ashley is not returning calls or text messages. I would never recommend this salon."
